Steffi Hoffmann has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as an Inside Channel Account Manager and previously as a Sales Development Representative at SonicWall since May 2019. Prior to SonicWall, Steffi Hoffmann worked at Dell from July 2011 to April 2019 in Sales Operations and as an S&P Sales Specialist. Steffi Hoffmann began their career at Office Print GmbH as an Outbound Sales Representative focusing on consulting and selling franking machines and printer accessories to business clients. Earlier roles include Shop Manager at Wollenburg GmbH and SMS Michel Communications GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed shop management, service planning, pricing, and customer consulting in mobile and fixed-line services. Steffi Hoffmann also worked in sales at an o2 Franchise Shop. Steffi Hoffmann holds a degree as an Assistant for Multimedia from SWA Chemnitz, obtained between 2003 and 2005.
