Scott Hardingham is an experienced engineering and management professional with a diverse background in various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and aerospace. Currently serving as the Pilot Plant Manager at Sonichem since October 2022, Scott previously held roles at Essentra as Engineering Manager and Engineering and Facilities Manager between October 2020 and October 2022. Prior positions include Maintenance Manager at MIL-VER METAL COMPANY LIMITED, Plant Manager at Biogen (UK) Ltd, and Mechanical Engineer at Imperial Tobacco. Earlier in the career, Scott worked as a Manufacturing Technician at PepsiCo, an Airframe/Propulsion Technician at BAE Systems, and within the Royal Air Force.
