Ted Billick has a long and varied career in the sales, marketing, and media industries. Starting in 1993 with a paid sports internship at WEWS-TV, they went on to become a Writer for Targeted Sports in 1997. Ted then became the Sales and Marketing Manager for VERT Fitness in 2004. In 1997, they were also Self Employed as a Writer, Director, and Producer. In 2000, they were the Director of Story Development for Robert Ellis Miller Films. In 1999, they were a Story Development Assistant and Assistant to SVP of Affiliate Operations at HBO. In 2005, they were the National Sales Director for PennWell Fire Group, where they achieved continuous growth in a mature, niche B2B market. In 2018, they were the Group Publisher and Sales Leader for Clarion Events Inc. - North America, where they led the critical sales leadership role involving execution of growth strategy, solutions innovation, and day-to-day management of advertising sales. Currently, they are the Public Markets Manager for Sonetics, driving Public Market sales strategies to expand business in defined and new target accounts and markets.
Ted Billick attended Hudson High School, followed by John Carroll University where they received their BA in Communications - Broadcast Journalism in 1993. Ted then went on to pursue a Masters in Film and Television Production/Screenwriting from Loyola Marymount University, which they completed in 1997.
