Andrew S. Childs, MSIO has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew S. began their career as an Intern at Brian E. Johnson Tax Service in 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Hospitality Manager at Mission Meadows, where they assisted the Camp Director and Maintenance Director with camp facility maintenance and worked with retreat groups. In 2016, Andrew took on the role of Summer Camp Counselor at Covenant Mountain Mission Bible Camp, where they helped with camp readiness and facilitated summer camp and work projects.

At Hillcrest Baptist Church Jamestown, Andrew held multiple roles from 2010 to 2016. As a Sound Technician, they set up and prepared for services, performed sound checks, and maintained equipment. Andrew S. also served as a Youth Leader, working alongside other leaders to lead youth activities, mentor and disciple youth members, and provide a conducive environment for their spiritual growth. Additionally, Andrew served as a Worship Assistant, providing support for worship services and coordinating technical aspects.

In 2017, Andrew worked as a Substitute Teacher at Lee County Schools, where they stepped in for regular teachers and developed and implemented lesson plans. From 2018 to 2021, they gained extensive IT experience at Berea College. Andrew S. started as an IT Support Technician, providing general diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting, and later became an IT Technician Manager, supervising and training student workers and assisting with Tier 1 and 2 responsibilities. In their role as IT Technician Tier 2, they managed technology needs and provided advanced diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting. Andrew also served as an IT Help Desk Specialist I, addressing complex tasks involving deployment and support of computer hardware, mobile technologies, and software.

At Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2021, Andrew briefly worked as a Claims Customer Care Associate, delivering excellent customer service and assisting customers with claims. Andrew S. then joined Sondhi Solutions, where they had multiple roles. As a Windows 10 Deployment Specialist, they undertook device builds and provided end-user support. Later, they became an Associate Consultant - Service Desk, assisting with business analyst work and resolving technical problems.

Finally, Andrew has been involved in Covenant Mountain Mission Bible Camp since 2016, holding various roles. As a Volunteer Resident Caretaker, they maintained camp facilities and managed construction projects. Andrew S. also served as a Summer Program Intern, contributing to the success of the program by implementing new procedures and leading meetings. Additionally, Andrew was a Member of the Board of Directors, actively participating in meetings and engaging in fundraising and recruitment efforts to support the organization's mission.

Andrew S. Childs holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Berea College between 2018 and 2020. Andrew S. also holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting from Jamestown Community College, which they achieved from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Andrew has obtained various certifications. In 2023, they completed certifications such as "Nano Tips for Using ChatGPT for Business with Rachel Woods," "Introduction to Business Analytics," "Learning Azure DevOps," "Business Analysis Foundations," "Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling," "Business Analysis Foundations: Competencies," "Communicating to Drive People to Take Action," "Improve Your Business Analysis Skills," and "Requirements Elicitation and Analysis" from LinkedIn. In 2022, they acquired certifications in topics such as "Become a Project Manager," "Managing Project Stakeholders," "Microsoft Project Quick Tips," "Project Management Foundations: Communication," "Project Management Foundations: Risk," "Project Management Foundations: Budgets," "Project Management Foundations: Teams," "Business Ethics," "Business Ethics for Managers and Leaders," and "IT Service Management Foundations: Problem Management." Furthermore, in 2022, they obtained the "Icebreakers for Teams, Meetings, and Groups" certification.
