Zachary Litherland is a dedicated psychotherapist currently practicing at SonderMind and Touchstone Counseling LLC since May and July 2023, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as a licensed clinician at Eskenazi Health from October 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities encompassed assessment and intervention for adults and older children, and specialized work with patients experiencing Borderline Personality Disorder using Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Zachary has held various roles in mental health, beginning with the position of psychiatric social worker at Good Samaritan, along with internships that provided valuable exposure to clinical settings and integrated care frameworks. Zachary earned a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from the University of Southern Indiana, enhancing a strong foundation in clinical and medical social work.
