Biju John has over 20 years of work experience in various sales leadership roles. Biju is currently serving as the Geo Head and VP of Sales - ANZ at Sonata Scalable since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Tech Mahindra as the Vice President - Strategic Sales for almost 8 years, where they were responsible for pursuing strategic opportunities within large enterprise clients in the ANZ region.

Before joining Tech Mahindra, Biju held roles at IBM Australia, where they served as a Services Leader and IBM Certified Sr. Client Executive - Business Development. During their time at IBM, they were responsible for managing the IBM Technology Services business and developing strategies for breaking into competitive accounts.

Biju also gained experience at Telstra-KAZ Technology Services as a Client Executive, where their responsibilities included developing new business opportunities for application development services, systems integration, and outsourcing.

In the early stages of their career, Biju worked at Baan India as a Regional Manager, responsible for revenue and profitability of the applications business in the southern region of India. Biju also worked at Wipro Infotech as an ERP Sales Manager and Territory Manager, where they led a sales team and played a crucial role in a new ERP initiative with Oracle Applications.

Overall, Biju John has a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on strategic opportunities and client satisfaction.

Biju John completed a Business Insights Program in General Management from the Chicago Management Institute & Singapore Management University in 2010. Biju also attended Clarence High School for their ICSE degree in Secondary School, and SJCE Mysore for their Bachelor's in Engineering with a focus in Mechanical Engineering. Biju then studied at St Joseph's Pre University College for their Higher Secondary education in PCMB. Biju later obtained an MBA degree in Marketing from TA Pai Management Institute. In 2017, they also received a certification in Critical Thinking from LinkedIn.
