Lucas Lin is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership across various sectors, including financial services and healthcare. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Sonar since January 2024, Lucas previously held notable positions at Avanade from June 2021 to December 2023, including Senior Consultant and Software Development Team Lead, where responsibilities included leading a significant agile delivery project and a microservice backend squad. Prior to Avanade, Lucas was a Senior Application Consultant at NCS Group, directing full-stack development teams on legacy system refresh projects in the government sector. Additional experience includes software development roles at PACE O.D. Consulting and Synapxe, as well as early contributions to enterprise systems with ACE Data Systems in Myanmar. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in System Analysis from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Computer Studies, Yangon.
