Carolina Zurzica is a marketing and innovation professional with a strong background in consulting, program management, and public relations. Currently serving as a Marketing Analyst at Sonae Sierra, Carolina previously held roles such as Innovation Trainee and Junior Consultant at Drivewiz - Consultoria, and Chief Marketing Officer at GoBananas.lx. As a co-founder and Program Manager at Gaia Academy, Carolina contributed to supporting students in launching impactful projects. Additional experience includes an internship in marketing and public relations at The Borgen Project and an admissions ambassador position at EF Education First. Carolina holds a Master’s degree in Impact Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Nova School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in International Program of Economics and Finance from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, complemented by an exchange semester at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
