Caroline Poncelet has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Country Head at Sonaca since January 2018, after holding the roles of HR Manager and HR Officer focusing on Compensation & Benefits. Prior to this, Caroline worked at Caterpillar Belgium S.A. from June 2008 to September 2017 as an HR Representative and Compensation and Benefits Analyst. Earlier positions include Gestionnaire financier de projets at IFAPME from 2005 to 2008 and Chargée de projets at RETRIVAL from 2002 to 2005. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain and has also earned a 6 Sigma Black Belt certification from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2016.
