Nikki Martens, M.A., NTP, is a seasoned nutrition professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as the Nutrition Coordinator at Son of a Saint since March 2020, Nikki previously worked as both an Office Manager and Nutrition Counselor at Aspen Clinic from March 2011 to March 2020. Academically, Nikki holds a Master of Arts in Public Health and a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences, both from Southeastern Louisiana University, and completed nutritional therapy training through the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2021.
