Adailton Dias has over 30 years of experience in the insurance market, specializing in marine underwriting and portfolio management. Currently serving as Executive Director and Chief Underwriting Officer at Sompo Seguros since July 2015, Adailton has established a strong reputation in Brazil for developing profitable marine insurance portfolios. Previous roles include Marine General Director at RSA Seguros, where product development and competitive market evaluation were key responsibilities, and Senior Analyst at Liberty Paulista, achieving significant growth in marine production. Adailton began a career in the insurance sector at VVD Volkswagen Corretora de Seguros as Technical Coordinator for Transportation Insurance.
