Ross Croucher is an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in technical project management and cloud migration, currently working at Sompo since October 2024. Prior to this role, Croucher spent over five years at AXA – Global Healthcare, leading strategic initiatives and managing the deployment of integrated applications and the migration of core systems to the cloud. Croucher also held project management positions at Search Acumen, focusing on innovative property technology solutions, and at IBM/PageSuite/BT, where Croucher oversaw various technical projects using Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Additionally, Croucher served in the HM Forces as a Combat Engineer, contributing to training and operational effectiveness within the Corps of Royal Engineers. Education was completed at Brockhill Park School between 2001 and 2006.
