Rahila Young serves as the VP of Finance Transformation for North America at Sompo International, focusing on the standardization and modernization of the Finance organization while driving cross-functional collaboration and centralization of reporting and analytics. Prior to this role, Rahila held the position of AVP of Portfolio Management at Kemper, where responsibilities included shaping portfolio strategy, managing stakeholder engagement, and overseeing project financials. Additional experience includes roles such as Director of Portfolio Management with Independent Consulting, Delivery Leader at E2 ManageTech, and various positions in consulting and project management across several organizations. Rahila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield.
