Nicholas Johnston serves as the Software Development Manager at Sompo International since December 2020, overseeing a distributed team of seven engineers to enhance GIS mapping software and integrate new services with third-party vendors and Risk Management Agency endpoints. Prior to this role, Nicholas held various positions within the Mississippi National Guard, including Task Force Operations Officer and Company Commander, demonstrating expertise in personnel management and operational planning. Nicholas has extensive software development experience, with leadership roles at CGB Enterprises, Deloitte, and BearingPoint, focusing on product development and maintenance of web applications. Nicholas holds an MBA and a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of Southern Mississippi.
