Dean Vallis currently serves as Claims Operations Manager at Sompo International, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Dean Vallis was the Interim Claims Manager at MS Amlin Insurance from April 2022 to December 2022. From August 2004 to December 2021, Dean Vallis held several positions at RSA, including Group Claims Network Director, where responsibilities included coordinating learning development and establishing claims governance and controls. As Group Claims Review Manager, Dean Vallis provided expertise in claims review processes and led initiatives that achieved over £45 million in improvements. Dean Vallis also served as Claims Audit Leader, developing a technical claims review program for the UK claims business. Education was completed at Billingshurst Weald.
