Carla Leon Godoy is an experienced marketing and customer success professional with a diverse background in digital communication and engagement strategies. Currently serving as Own Channel II at MACH since April 2020, Carla is involved in monetization efforts through various channels including push notifications, email marketing, SMS, and WhatsApp. Previously, Carla has held roles in customer success, customer service, and market research across organizations such as Municipalidad de las Condes, Universidad San Sebastián, Rocketpin, and Sercotec. Carla holds degrees in Commercial Engineering with a focus on Marketing from Universidad San Sebastián and has recently pursued further education in Digital Marketing and Digital Product Management.
