Neil Mechanic possesses extensive experience in the wine industry, currently serving as the Procurement & Logistic Manager for SommSelect since August 2020. Previous roles include VP of Wine and Sourcing Manager at Wine Access, Inside Sales Manager and Specialty Buyer at invino, and Account Manager/Wine Marketing at J.J. Buckley Fine Wines. Additionally, Neil has held various positions in hospitality, including Wine Director and Sommelier, greatly increasing sales during tenure at Arlequin Wine Merchant and Absinthe Brasserie & Bar. A graduate of San Diego State University with a BA in City Planning and an accomplished wine professional with certifications from WSET and the Court of Master Sommeliers, Neil's expertise spans procurement, sales, and customer relationship management within the wine sector.
