Simone Maini possesses extensive experience in supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as Regional Supply Chain Director for Southern Europe at SOMFY Group since May 2018, Simone has successfully optimized supply chain operations, coordinated local logistics teams, and implemented initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency. Previous roles include Demand and Forecasting Manager at Henry Schein, where leadership of a team managing over 300 suppliers was key, and Supply Planner Specialist at GlaxoSmithKline, focusing on production planning and inventory management. Early career positions at Hasbro, Privalia, and DHL provided a solid foundation in supply chain planning and process engineering. Simone holds two degrees in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
