Johnny Guidry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and coaching. Currently serving as a Speaker, Podcaster, Executive and Career Coach at Refractive since October 2019, and holding the position of Director of Career Services at Something Major since April 2021, Johnny also provides consulting services in coaching and HR at Korn Ferry. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Bloomingdale's, Director of Human Resources at Sofitel, and various managerial HR positions across several Loews Hotels. Johnny Guidry earned a Bachelor of Arts in both Spanish and French Language and Literature from Louisiana State University between 1998 and 2002.
