Troy Brittingham is the current Chairperson at Somerset County Public Schools. Prior to this, they were with SHORE UP! Inc., WBOC-TV, and the City of Crisfield Economic Development. Troy has also served as the Treasurer and Chair of Connectional Ministry Team at Ebenezer United Methodist Church and as a Tax Associate at H&R Block and PK Green & Associates.

Troy Brittingham's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Towson University and a Masters of Arts in Teaching in Business from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
