John P. Bruno, SHRM-SCP, CPC, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Somerset County, NJ since 2020, John previously held key positions including Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at St. Joseph's Health from 2004 to 2019, and Vice President of Human Resources at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases from 1998 to 2004. Earlier in their career, John served as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Franciscan Health System of New Jersey from 1988 to 1998. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from American International College, graduating between 1979 and 1983, and holds a high school diploma from James J Ferris High School, obtained in 1979.
