Rachel Bardis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in homebuilding and real estate development. As the Chief Operating Officer at Somers West Development since January 2024, and Co-Founder of Bardis Homes since November 2012, Rachel is dedicated to innovating the homebuilding process, drawing on the Bardis family's nearly 50 years of experience in developing land and constructing over 10,000 homes across California, Nevada, and Idaho. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisition at 29th Street Capital, COO at LUCCA Builders, and various positions in real estate, including ownership of Corinthian Homes and management at Reynen and Bardis Communities. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Saint Mary's College of California and has also attended California Polytechnic State University.
