Destayne N. has a diverse range of work experience. In 2011, they started as a Patient Access Coordinator at Cypress Women's Center, where they worked until 2018. In 2016, they began freelance graphic design and illustration work. In 2019, they took on the role of Manager & Instructor at The Rustic Brush® until 2020. In the same year, they also joined Axiom Medical as a Central Service Specialist, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they are employed as an Engagement Specialist at Somatus starting from August 2021.

Destayne N. obtained an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from Lone Star College, which they attended from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they also earned an Associate's degree in Architectural Engineering from the same institution, attending from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their degrees, Destayne N. obtained a certification in "Learn Emotional Intelligence, the Key Determiner of Success" from LinkedIn in October 2019.
