Giuseppe Battaglia is the Chief Scientific Officer at Vianautis and a Professor at ICREA. Giuseppe holds a Chair in Molecular Bionics at University College London and is a Group Leader at the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia. Battaglia previously worked as a Chief Scientific Officer at Somaserve and as a Professor of Synthetic Biology at the University of Sheffield. Giuseppe has a PhD in Chemistry from The University of Sheffield and a Laurea in Chemical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Palermo.
