Lavinia Müller's work experience begins with their current position as a Scientific Associate Protein LC-MS at Solvias, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Schweizerische Tropen- und Public Health-Institut from June 2021 to May 2022 as a Master-Student, where they conducted their master thesis in the helminth drug development unit. Their responsibilities included investigating the direct interactions between the gut microbiome and anthelmintic drugs using microbiology and molecular biology methods.
Before that, Lavinia was an Intern Analytical Development Biochemistry at Roche from July 2020 to April 2021. During their internship, they developed a HPLC method for excipient determination and worked with highly concentrated protein formulations.
Lavinia's earlier work experience includes a temporary position as a Gastronomy Employee at Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW from August 2018 to December 2019, a temporary position at Raiffeisen Gruppe in August 2017, and a Famulatur position at Amavita in July 2016.
Lavinia Müller began their education at the University of Basel in 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Pharmazeutische Wissenschaften. Lavinia completed this program in 2019. Concurrently, in 2016, Lavinia also attended Lexis English Noosa in Australia, where they obtained a CAE Cambridge certification.
Following their bachelor's degree, Lavinia furthered their education at the University of Basel, starting in 2019. Lavinia pursued a Master of Science degree in Drug Sciences, which they completed in 2022.
In addition to their formal education, Lavinia also obtained certifications in specific areas. In 2016, they received the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge Assessment English. Later, in 2020, they obtained the Good Clinical Practice (GCP) for Investigators and Study Teams certification from the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute.
