Eloïse was involved in a project studying the effect of antioxidants on respiratory burst in phagocytes in rainbow trout. Their work included organ sampling, cell isolation, total respiratory burst study using a luminometer, and intracellular respiratory burst study using fluorescence probes.
Eloïse also had a short-term role at DSM as a laboratory technician from February 2013 to June 2013, where they worked in a research laboratory in aquaculture. Their tasks included sample collection from fish organs or blood and sterile manipulation in a laminar flow hood.
In addition, Eloïse has experience as a laboratory technician at Laboratoire Saint-Morand in August 2012, where they collected, identified, processed, and sorted samples for laboratory analysis. Eloïse also worked as a seasonal employee at DSM in July 2012, assisting in the Aquaculture department with tasks such as fish cleaning, sorting, and weighing.
Furthermore, Eloïse gained experience through a experimental project at the French National Institute for Agricultural Research in April 2012 to May 2012. Eloïse conducted experiments on the analysis of additives in cigarettes using a "Head Space/Purge and Trap" technique.
