Robert Ennis is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting across various sectors, including technology and real estate. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at VIA since October 2024, Robert previously held roles such as Head of GTM Recruiting at HqO, where responsibilities included leading go-to-market recruiting across the US and EMEA. At DoorDash, Robert led all recruiting efforts for the IT organization, and at Meta Facebook, focused on recruiting senior engineering talent for the Core Software Engineering teams and Embedded AR/VR roles. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Executive/Technical Recruiter at Entegee, managing full lifecycle recruitment, and working as a Group Enrollment Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Robert holds a degree from Le Moyne College, earned in 2010.
