Brian Gonzales is an experienced operations leader and digital agency director with a robust background in brand strategy, website development, and client management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Solver Collective since February 2020, Brian has navigated the challenges posed by the pandemic while fostering a fulfilling creative environment. Prior to this role, Brian co-founded RAP GRID LLC, where effective market strategies transformed the company into a well-regarded media production entity. As Director of Operations at PAIRODIME, Brian oversaw all aspects of client relations and business development. Additionally, Brian has held roles in marketing management and internet operations across various companies, contributing significantly to their growth and operational success. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts from Seattle University.
