Namal Kanchana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales within the SaaS sector. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Solvei8 since January 2023, Namal has established a customer success function focused on enhancing product engagement and customer relationships. Prior to this role, Namal held the position of Head of Sales for SaaS at Zilingo, where strategic sales plans were developed to meet targets and engage with C-level executives. Additionally, Namal worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Zilingo, leading implementation teams for Z-factory MES solutions, and as a Business Analyst at nCinga Innovations, overseeing over 30 successful implementations across Sri Lanka and Indonesia. Namal's career began at Mobitel (Pvt) Ltd in customer care. Namal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and an Engineerās Degree in Electronics Telecommunication and Computing from IESL College of Engineering.
