Kerrie McLeod is a Chartered MCIPD professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Solvd. since September 2022. Previously, Kerrie worked as a Senior People Advisor at Peter Vardy Ltd from August 2020 to September 2022 and held various HR roles at The Wise Group from 2013 to 2020, including People and Culture Business Partner and People Subject Matter Expert. Kerrie's expertise encompasses aligning HR policies with business strategies, implementing bespoke people systems, and providing dedicated advisory services on a range of organizational issues. Kerrie holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and a BA(Hons) in Business, Human Resource Management, and Law from the University of Strathclyde.
