Samantha O'Loughlin is an experienced public health professional with a focus on project management and health improvement. Currently serving as the Regional Public Health Service Manager at Solutions4Health since November 2011, Samantha has spearheaded the 'Healthy Worcestershire' programme, overseeing staff recruitment, course content development, and stakeholder relations. Previous roles include Public Health Business Development Manager and Regional Coordinator for Stop Smoking Services, highlighting expertise in reaching underserved populations. Additionally, Samantha has experience in health promotion through the 'Seven Steps' Smokefree Homes project at HYPE Merseyside. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise from the University of Leeds.
