Jacob H. has over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Jacob began their career in 2005 as a Business Operations Specialist II at Echostar Satellite LLC. In 2008, they moved to Caption Colorado LLC as an IT Specialist II, where they provided technical support for over 500 end-users across Win XP/Vista/7 platforms. In 2011, they joined UDR as a Manager, IT Support Services and a Computer Systems Analyst. In 2018, they began working at Charter Communications as a Supervisor, Network Security Operations. Jacob then moved to Covius in the same year as an Information Security Analyst. In 2019, Jacob began working at Covius again as an Information Security Engineer, and at VITAC as an Information Security Analyst - Program Lead. Currently, they are working at Solutions-II, Inc as a Security Architect.

Jacob H. has a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Colorado Denver, obtained between 2013 and 2016. Jacob also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in E-Business Management from Westwood College of Technology, obtained between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, Jacob attended Fort Lewis College from 1999 to 2001. Jacob has also obtained various certifications, including Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) from (ISC)² in June 2021, COMPTIA A+ from CompTIA in July 2008, Certified Cyber Security Architect (CCSA) from ECFIRST.COM in November 2020, CISSP from (ISC)² in November 2018, and COMPTIA Security+ from CompTIA in September 2017.
