Aniruddha Deshpande has over 30 years of work experience. Aniruddha began their career in 1989 as a Branch Sales Executive - Industrial Sales at Asian Paints (I) Ltd. In 1991, they joined Citibank N.A. as National Sales Head - Auto Finance and held various roles. In 1998, they moved to Personal Financial Services - American Express - India as Director - Head of Product Management and Marketing and Director - Sales & Customer Service. In 2004, they joined American Express as General Manager - Asia: Travel & Lifestyle Services, Vice President - Head of Consumer Card Products and Marketing, Vice President - Head of Acquisitions and Partnerships - Hong Kong, and VP - Head of Marketing - Prepaid Services - J/APA & EMEA - Singapore. In 2012, they co-founded COGNASIA, a Marketing Advisory & Services company. In 2014, they founded Cognasia Talent, an executive search firm, and joined Cartesian Consulting as a Member - Board of Directors. In 2019, they began building SOLUS.ai, an AI solution for Hyper Personalized customer engagement, incubated by Cartesian.

Aniruddha Deshpande attended Van Der Puttlyceum, Eindhoven - Netherlands from 1981 to obtain GCSE O-Levels. Aniruddha then attended University of Mumbai from 1984 to 1987, where they graduated with a Bsc in Chemistry, majoring in Physics and Chemistry. In 1987, they started attending XLRI Jamshedpur, where they graduated in 1989 with a PGDM in Business Management, majoring in Marketing and Finance.
