Fernando Pineda is a Senior Software Engineer at eQ Technologic since May 2022, with extensive experience in programming and software development. Prior to this role, Fernando served as a Senior Programmer Analyst at the University of La Verne from March 2011 to May 2022, where Fernando was promoted and also worked as a Cognos BI Administrator/Developer and Programmer Analyst. Previous positions include Application Developer/Consultant at Hess & Associates, Inc., where customization of Payroll/HR software for public sector agencies was a primary focus, and contracting with the City of Los Angeles for similar projects. Fernando began a career in technical support at Convergys and holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Business Administration from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Science in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from the same institution, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology from Mt. Sierra College.
