Luan Henrique Souza Dantas is currently a Tech Lead at SoluCX, a position held since October 2020, and has also served as Software Engineer, Squad Lead, Product Owner, and Tribe Lead within the company. Prior experience includes co-organizing at GDG Caraguatatuba from July 2021 to December 2021 and working as Técnico de Informática II at Casa de Saúde Stella Maris from March 2017 to August 2020, as well as Técnico de T.I at Prefeitura Municipal da Estância Balneária de Caraguatatuba between December 2012 and December 2014. Luan is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica since 2021 and holds an MBA in Agile Software Engineering from IGTI. Luan's academic background also includes a degree in Systems Analysis and Development and various technical qualifications from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo.
