Connie E. is the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours, leading the premier cooking classes and food tour company in Mexico City since June 2012. Additionally, Connie serves as Copropietario at Grupo Rexa, a family-owned business focused on constructing and selling industrial properties. Previously, Connie held marketing roles at BBVA en México from July 2008 to 2011, and worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in 2005. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Public Policy and Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master in Internet Business from ISDI, a Diploma in Media Management from IME Business School, an MBA from IPADE Business School, and a BA in Political Sciences from Universidad Iberoamericana.
