Jose Enrique Agüera Cuadra has work experience with two companies.

In 2019, they worked as a Research Associate under Prof. Anna-Lena Kjøniksen at Høgskolen i Østfold (HiØ).

From June 2020 to September 2020, Jose worked as an R&D Trainee at Soltec Trackers.

Then, in October 2020, they began working at Soltec Trackers as a Soltec Innovations - R&D Mechanical Engineer. Their responsibilities in this role include researching, planning, and developing new products or improvements for existing ones based on customer requirements and the company's technological base. Jose Enrique also designs and manufactures prototypes, conducts physical tests, and communicates project status to multidisciplinary internal teams using project tracking tools and agile methodologies.

Jose Enrique Agüera Cuadra completed their undergraduate education at the Universidad de Málaga from 2011 to 2018. Jose Enrique earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology Engineering. Afterwards, from 2018 to 2020, they attended the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena and obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering. Additionally, in 2019, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Østfold University College (HiØ) in Norway through the Erasmus program, where they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
