Paul O'Connell is an accomplished supply chain and operations leader with extensive experience in various sectors, including medical aesthetics and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain EMEA & APAC at Solta Medical since July 2022, Paul previously held the role of Director of Operations, Supply Chain & Fulfilment at Bio-Medical Research Ltd from January 2019 to June 2022. Prior to this, Paul held multiple executive positions, including Director of Operations at Airsynergy and Operations Director at Yvolution (Yvolve Sports Ltd). With a strong background in supply chain management, project management, and customer solutions, Paul has successfully implemented strategies and solutions across diverse industries. Academic qualifications include Lean Expert Certification from BGT and CPIM from University College Cork.
