James Bartley is a seasoned marine engineer with a career spanning over two decades in the maritime industry. Since July 2011, James has been a Class 1 Marine Engineer with Solstad Offshore ASA, working on various vessels including Normand Seeker and Normand Saracen. Prior to this role, James gained experience as a Marine Engineer at EMAS GROUP and Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V., where a mentorship led to a sponsorship for a Watchkeeper position. James began the professional journey as a Diesel and Heavy Equipment Fitter from 1992 to 2007, acquiring extensive expertise in all facets of the trade.
