Scott Biel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate finance, leasing, and development. Biel serves as a Partner at Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith LLP since May 2018 and previously held the same position at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC from February 2007 to April 2018. Prior to this, Biel was Of Counsel at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton from 2003 to 2007 and a Partner at Brobeck Phleger & Harrison from 1994 to 2003. Before entering the legal field, Biel served as an Officer on submarines in the United States Navy from September 1984 to July 1989, specifically on the USS Louisville (SSN 724). Biel earned a JD in Law from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BS from the United States Naval Academy.
