Michael Lees is a seasoned legal professional with significant experience as a Partner at Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith LLP since October 2014, specializing in various business and real estate transactions, tax advisory, and estate planning. In addition to practicing law, Michael serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of San Diego School of Law, where the Experiential Advocacy Practicum course enhances practical skills for first-year law students.
