Andrea (Braun) Tarbox is a seasoned financial executive with a diverse background in corporate leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Solo Brands, Andrea also holds the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Andrea has been Chief Financial Officer and Board Director for Live Oak Acquisition Corporation, managing both the LOKB and LOAK listings on the NYSE. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and CFO at KapStone Paper and Packaging and CFO at Williams Lea (formerly Uniscribe Professional Services). Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Connecticut College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Rhode Island, where Andrea also contributes as an Executive in Residence at the College of Business.
