Jay Dailey is a highly experienced civil engineer with a robust background in engineering design, technical support, and sales management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Solmax since February 2023, Jay previously worked as a Regional Technical Engineer at Pace Consulting Group from June 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing product sales, providing technical support, and conducting engineering design for civil and environmental construction products. Earlier in a research and instructional role at the University of Minnesota Duluth, Jay contributed to various research projects and taught engineering courses. With a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth, Jay has demonstrated expertise in geotechnical modeling, erosion control, and product development throughout a diverse professional history, including previous entrepreneurial experience in the furniture manufacturing industry.
