Adriana Souza, CRHA, currently serves as Senior Advisor of Talent Management at Telecon since July 2022, where responsibilities include creating and implementing talent development initiatives, performance management programs, and fostering a values-driven culture. Prior to this role, Adriana worked at TC Transcontinental from February 2017 to July 2022 as Organizational Development Advisor, focusing on leadership development and diversity initiatives for a global workforce of 9,000 employees. Earlier experiences include roles in talent acquisition and human resources support at Abacus Talent, BPR/Tetra Tech, and various administrative positions. Adriana holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) and a Certificate in French as a Second Language from Université de Montréal.
