Stephanie Fairbanks is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, resource management, and production roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Resource Management at Sollus since August 2020, Stephanie previously held positions at JIT Resources & Solutions as Practice Manager and Resource Manager from August 2012 to August 2020, where responsibilities included IT service management and implementation of the ServiceNow platform. Prior experience includes managing operations as a Restaurant Bar Manager at The Office Dining and Spirits, and working as an Associate Producer at NBCUniversal, where contributions involved research, story development, and guest logistics. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from North Central College and has completed studies at College of DuPage and Neuqua Valley High School.
