Natalie Johnson currently serves as the Director of Transformation and Strategic Projects at Novartis, a position held since April 2016, with a background that includes roles such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and TMOD&I Program Manager. In addition to their work at Novartis, Natalie has been a facilitator in the Connect Program at Soliya since February 2013. Prior experience includes serving as Secretary to the Head of Paediatrics at Universitätsspital Basel and working part-time as a translator for Angestellte Schweiz. Natalie also completed a summer internship at Novartis in Finance Communications. Currently pursuing an MBA in Cross Cultural Leadership at Edinburgh Business School, Natalie previously earned a degree from the University of Basel.
