Sathvika Viswanathan currently holds the position of Recruiter at Soliflex Packaging Pvt Ltd since January 2023, following a role as Talent Resourcer at Carrot Recruitment from May to July 2022, where recruitment solutions were provided within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. Previously, Sathvika served as a Human Resources Assistant at Hawkridge Hamilton, focusing on employment law and policy development from December 2021 to March 2022. Early career experience includes roles as Senior Associate Teacher at Vivero International Pre-school & Child Care in 2016 and as Academic Head and Curriculum Developer at Tara Early Learning Centre from June 2014 to May 2015, overseeing curriculum maintenance and early childhood programs.
