Phil F. has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Phil started their career in 2005 at CI Investments Inc., where they held various roles such as Business/QA Analyst II, QA Analyst, Data Integrity Analyst, and Segregated Funds Administrator. In these positions, they demonstrated their expertise in data analysis, regulatory compliance, and managing client databases.

In 2013, Phil joined White Clarke Group as a Lead Business System Analyst. Phil played a key role in implementing the company's Loan Origination system solution and supporting multiple customers in achieving their growth objectives. Phil also served as an Application Support Manager, where they built and led the North American Application Support team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional IT support services.

In 2020, Phil was promoted to Director - Hosting Operations at White Clarke Group. In this role, they transformed the poorly performing hosting, application support, and services organization. Phil streamlined operational costs, improved system availability and performance, and transitioned the organization to a fully remote-based structure during the COVID-19 pandemic. Phil successfully achieved SOC1 certification, passed multiple compliance and risk management audits, and implemented Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) processes.

Currently, Phil is the Director - Global Hosting Operations at Solifi, a global finance technology company owned by Thoma Bravo. Phil is responsible for the implementation and management of Solifi's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, ensuring its availability, scalability, and security.

Phil F. completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from York University, graduating in 2005. In 2012, they attended Seneca Polytechnic and earned a Java Level 1 certification in Computer Programming. In 2011, Phil received a certification in Project Management (PMP) from Hitech Institute. Furthermore, they obtained a SQL certification in Oracle Database 11g from HiTech Institute CCCITM. In 2018, Phil achieved an ITIL v3 certification from Pink Elephant.
