Rashmi S. started their work experience in 2014 as an IT Analyst at HP, where they worked until 2017. Rashmi then joined Robosoft Technologies in 2017 as a Software Test Engineer until 2017. In 2018, they worked at Infrrd as a Quality Analyst until 2019. Currently, they are employed at Solid as a Quality Engineer, starting in 2019.

Rashmi S. completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Before that, they attended Manipal Pre-university College from 2006 to 2007, where they completed their 12th standard education with a focus on the Science Stream (PCMB). Prior to that, they studied at Manipal Junior College in 2005 and completed their 10th standard education.
