Ramelle Gilliland is an experienced executive in supply chain and logistics management. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Strategic Supply Chain at Solid Power, Inc., Ramelle has held significant leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Logistics at Lightning eMotors and Senior Director at GE Appliances, a Haier company. Previous positions include Director of Advanced Sourcing and Global Director of Strategic Procurement focused on Injection Molding at Sensata Technologies, and Global Director of Strategic Value Chain, Technology and Innovation, as well as Global Hybrid Purchasing Director at Johnson Controls Automotive. Ramelle holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from Arizona State University.
